i bleached my hair what turnt out yellow and know i need a toner and purple shampoo but i havnt got a clue what make or name's of any. i dont want anything too expensive.please help!!Can someone give me a list of every purple hair toner and shampoos i can buy from a shop... NOT online.?
the only ones sold in shops are Born blonde toners. they don't sell much over the counter as they are intended for use by professionals only. hence why they are easier to buy online.....
