Checked baggage does not have limitations on liquids as long as they are not hazardous. You need to limit the amount to what you will actually use to keep the weigh low. You can be charged extra for overweight bags plus if your handling your own bags.. you get the idea. Put all liquids in plastic bags. The pressure changes experienced can cause leaks.
Carry on baggage is limited to liquid or gel containers of less than 3 oz/100 ml each. All must be in a single clear one QUART size plastic zIp-lock bag.
